I am Marie. I offer tooth gems in Tbilisi, Georgia, under the name House of Gems Beauty, and I carry out every visit myself.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

The host processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and to protect it.

Terms of a visit

The work I offer is cosmetic. It is not dental treatment, and it does not replace a dentist. If you have pain, decay, gum disease or any condition affecting your teeth, see a dentist before you arrange a visit.

Tooth gem appointments start at 60.00 GEL. When two or more people have gems at the same appointment, each gets 10% off the gem service.

Round and shaped crystal prices include the crystals and application. Gold by Isis N Gold ranges from 333.00 GEL to 455.00 GEL, including application; sets contain several pieces. Advance purchase is required for gold; allow about 7 days. Opals are also ordered in advance. I confirm order, payment, delivery and cancellation terms in writing before payment. This site takes no payments.

An appointment is only arranged once we agree a day and time. Tell me the evening before if your plans change. Cancellation and refund terms for gold orders are provided before purchase.

If a gem I set comes off within two weeks, I set it again free. After two weeks, replacement of a standard crystal costs 40.00 GEL. Contact me for gold or opal replacement.

I set gems from the age of 16. This is my own rule, not the law. At 16 or 17, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the whole visit, agree to it, and confirm it in writing. A WhatsApp message from them is enough. Under 16, I say no.

I may decline or end a visit at my discretion.

For a service agreed at a distance, Georgian consumer law generally provides a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions. If you request full performance during that period, your prior consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right are required. Made-to-order jewellery may be subject to different rules; the applicable information is provided before you order. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Personal data

The law that applies is the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection of 14 June 2023. I, Marie, am the controller of your data: the person who decides what is kept and why. You can reach me on WhatsApp at +995 568 947 261.

The appointment request form prepares your message on your own device. That form does not save your draft in my database. Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared message to Meta. Reviews use a separate form and database, as described below.

What I keep: your phone number and WhatsApp profile, your first name, appointment details and anything you choose to tell me. I do not need your home address.

I use this information to arrange and carry out your appointment. The legal basis is the service you request. Health information is processed only with your written consent, including a message.

Who receives it: I share it with no one. Our messages travel through WhatsApp, run by Meta, which may process them outside Georgia. The button that opens WhatsApp puts the prepared message in a link to Meta's wa.me service. Meta may receive that link, and your browser may keep it in its history. The note you can add on the request page never goes into that link. Once a message is sent, its content is end-to-end encrypted. The metadata, such as who wrote to whom and when, is not. My host also processes IP addresses, possibly outside Georgia (see Hosting).

How long I keep it: in our WhatsApp conversation, until 14 days after the visit, the period in which setting a gem again is free. Then I delete it from my side. Your own copy stays in your chat history.

Your rights: you can ask me, free of charge, what I hold about you, and get a copy. You can have it corrected. You can ask me to stop processing it, to block it or to delete it. You can ask to receive it in a form you can pass on to someone else. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to me on WhatsApp. You can also complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia, or to a court.

If you are 16 or 17, I use health information about you only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Nothing is used for marketing without your separate consent.

Photographs on this site

The smile photographs and gathering scene are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of my clients or results of appointments. Equipment images are edited from photographs of the equipment I use. Catalogue visuals come from my supplier catalogue, with some backgrounds retouched. Image sources and edits are recorded for this site.

I ask for your permission before publishing a photograph of your smile. Client photographs are identified as such. You can ask me to remove your photograph on WhatsApp at +995 568 947 261.

Intellectual property

The text, the logo and the visual identity of this site belong to me, Marie (House of Gems Beauty), and may not be reproduced without permission.

The images are a separate matter: they are licensed or generated, not owned by me. See "Photographs on this site" above.

Reviews and calendar

When you submit a review, Cloudflare stores your display name, rating, comment and submission date for me. With your consent, your name, rating and comment are published immediately after the anti-spam check, regardless of the rating. I can remove spam or abusive content afterwards. Hidden reviews remain private. Reviews remain stored until I delete them or you request their removal through WhatsApp. Please do not include contact details or health information. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for spam when you open the review form; it processes technical browser and network information. To limit repeated submissions, a temporary keyed hash of the IP address is used for an hourly limit. The raw IP address is not saved in the reviews database. Expired limit records are removed on the next submission. The public calendar contains only dates and available or unavailable periods, never client names. My administration uses Cloudflare Access authentication.
